Subcommittee Charge:
- To annually solicit, screen, nominate, and process
applicants for voting PAC member slots.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CPO, Chair, or
Vice-Chair.
Membership Subcommittee Activities:
- February: Submit HS PAC Call for Nominations to HSO Listserv
and JOAG Listserv and CC Bulletin.
- May: Nomination forms available at COA conference.
- June: Nominations closes June 30th.
- August: Present Nominee Packets for Vote.
- September: Prepare new member packages.
- November: Finalize new member notifications.
