The HS PAC Mentoring Subcommittee is responsible for the following:

Monitor and Administer the Mentoring Program for the Health Services Officer (HSO) Category;
Coordinate the annual Senior Officer Mentoring Program under the guidance of the Chief Professional Officer;
Lead the recruitment activities for category mentors;
Maintain a database of mentors and mentees;
Conducts satisfaction surveys to evaluate officer’s satisfaction with the mentoring services being offered;
Survey the training needs for mentors and collaborate with other subcommittees of the HS PAC to address them;
Perform other duties as assigned by the HS PAC Chief Professional Officer and Chair.
